2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to unlongevity.com, the UNLONGEVITY book and editorial platform. UNLONGEVITY is separate from VIMED CELL and does not provide individual medical care.

3. Data processed when you visit

Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser, device and referring address. We use this processing to provide a reliable and secure website and to identify faults or misuse.

4. Forms and correspondence

If you contact us or request a book update, we process the information you submit, such as your email address and message, to respond or provide the requested communication. Website forms may be handled by our hosting provider. You can withdraw consent to optional communications at any time by contacting us.

5. Orientation tool

Your responses and orientation result are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to or stored by Römer & Heigl GmbH. The tool is reflective and educational; it is not a diagnostic or medical service.

6. Optional analytics and consent

We use Google Tag Manager to manage optional Google Analytics. Analytics remains off unless you select “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If you consent, Google may process information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, browser and device information. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and advertising user data remain denied by our website.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through . Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

7. Services and recipients

We use service providers where needed to operate the site. These currently include Netlify for website hosting and forms, Google for Tag Manager, Analytics and externally hosted fonts, and our email service provider for correspondence. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights.

Links to retailers, publishers, media, Instagram and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

8. International processing

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where required, such processing is based on recognised adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Legal grounds

Depending on where you live, processing is based on your consent, steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating a secure and useful website, or a legal obligation. Where the GDPR applies, these correspond in particular to Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f).

10. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements. Hosting logs and form records follow provider settings and our operational needs. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to answer your request and meet record-keeping duties. Your analytics choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear local storage.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and may withdraw consent. Contact align@unlongevity.com. You may also complain to the competent authority, including the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or your local supervisory authority.
